ARE YOU HAVING TROUBLE SIGNING IN?

We are sorry that you are having trouble, perhaps we can help. The CBGHA website works well with the following web browsers - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape and Safari. It probably works with other browsers as well but we have tested the ones mentioned. We have not had a down day with the CBGHA website since it was started several years ago.

We will start with basics -

1. - Do you have the correct username and password?

2. - Do not use any capital letters.

Our experience to date is that anyone having trouble signing in has one of the following problems -

1. - Security settings too high - Putting security settings lower is usually the answer

2. - Pop up blocker is keeping the sign in box from opening - turning off pop up blocker when signing in or listing www.cbgha.org as a save site usually fixes the problem.

Changing one of the items mentioned above has fixed all problems in the past. These things are all items controlled by the member's computer and are not an indication of any problem with the website.
